2005 XC90 USED CEM MODULE SWAP

Hi, I have this volvo XC90 with a dead cem module ,went to junke yard and grab a used one now how can be adapted to car?
I have read tha micro m32c with multiprog xhorse, but have to much questions what is the procedure to sync module with pcm ?,
the reding is in 8 or 16 bit?
when read it, I got d-flash only ffffffff and P-flash is ok letter and numbers is that right?
I have read too the pcm with ktag .
Anybody can halp to make this car live again? is dead since almost 7 years ago .
please give me some hope for it.

desolder eeprom and read it in programmer, i have these here burned like a crispt and still did manage to recover all data

The dump has now been read correctly. 3 keys recorded. You need to synchronize and edit the config in m32c.
