I have an ECU from a 1994 Mitsubishi Eclipse, and my CPU is burnt out.

Does anyone have CPU DATA ?
My ECU is: MD321912

CPU IS : 10292381029239

maybe its me but were is it burned? this flash can be read in a adapter if MCU is dead
