VW passat b6 2.0 TDi full bdm - files corrupted

Hi,


Car: VW Passat B6
Engine: 2.0 16V TDi 170 HP
ECU: SIMOS 03G 906 018 EM

Difficult case. I did manage to kill the ECU using fgtech v54 during flashing through the OBD.

I've found file from 03G 906 018 DK Seat leon, flashed the ECU by BDM and it came back to life. The problem is immo.

Is anyone able to look at the files and try to make mine to work please?

Currently I've got a working dumps from instrument cluster ( eeprom ), ECU ORI eeprom, ECU ori flash corrupted BDM, ECU ori flash by OBD which used to work and full BDM flash from DK.

Yes, I am on this forum since 2016, but I do more phisical elctronic repairs than SW. I'll do my best to be more active :)


Your FLASH file + eep from different post worked. I've changed PIN and CS to match my vehicle and engine started. Not for a long time tho. Died after 5 min of the test drive. No faults in the ECU.


Files which you provided, are they modified or stock? As I don't get any faults. With half of the plugs undone under the bonnet, still no DTC's found. I can't flash it through the OBD anymore and error in channel 50 vehicle immo relearn. I belive that's not a stock dump. Can you confirm please? I'm still looking for a full BDM dump for that ECU. No modifications, literally clean genuine BDM dump.

you can try just one letter different but software is the same Hardware: PPD1.2

What about eeprom? I'll have a non starter again with flash only.
