vw passat b5 immo data transfer

Hello guys,
Can someone please help transfer the immo data(the keys) from the original dash to the new dash(attached the 2 dump).
I have vag can commander and vcds, i have the pin for the 2 dashes but i am not able to use procedure for replacing the dash(system not ok error).
I can only login in the instruments with new pin, after i go to learn data, input old pin and get system not ok.
I gues the problem is because the 2 dashes are not the same model number, .
original is 3B0 920 827 A and the new dash is 3B0 208 849 B.

Both memories are different (827a - 849b) so you won't succeed.
Go to RossTech and do as it says

Just change pin, and add keys
