Opel MJD 603.S3 clone diferent external flash

Hello,

i need some advice on Opel MJD 603.S3, have 2 ECU Original(water damaged) and donor:


Original is:
Opel Vin Number: W0L0SDL08A4122139
Opel Hardware Number:
Marelli Hardware No: MAREL0100
Marelli Sofware No: M07005
Engine Code: Z13DTJ
Programming Date: 29/12/2009
External flash: Spansion S29CL016


Donor is:
Opel Vin Number: W0L0SDL6874186593
Opel Hardware Number:
Marelli Hardware No: MAREL0100
Marelli Sofware No: M07005
Engine Code: Z13DTJ
Programming Date: 07/09/2006
External flash: ST M58BW016


External flash are diferent, i have backed up with MPPS from both micro+external+eeprom, can i just write 3 files from original to donor even with diferent external flash?
I know i can reset donor and program with OP-COM on bench, but car is not near me and keys need to be matched with reset ECU
