Getz 1.1 2008 67 hp immo off

Hi,
I am reading the forum to find how to immo off my Getz. Problem is: I destroyed the 95040 eeprom chip by desoldering it. It was glued to the pcb and I completely destroyed it.
Now I need an original dump from a Getz 1.1 2008 for a new 95040 eeprom, to build a new kefico ecu. The kefico has the number TBH 6IS14.
I downloaded some dumps from this forum, but there are only 1kb files for the 95040 and they have almost no information in them when I open them in Notepad ++. Is this ok?
My hope is to build a new used ecu and then relearn my keys to it. But as you already know, I have never done this.
I would need a 95040 eeprom dump and when this works the 6 pin immo code. Has anyone already done this with success and can help?

Now I need to burn this file into the ecu 95050? I will try and report back.

There are those files: flash immo off sam car diagnostic Hyundai Getz chk_ok.bin. bin goes to the eeprom, but the file is too big for the 95040 (says the programmer).
I can not open the .fls, .epr, mpc files. What can I do?
It is written flash immo off. Is the immo in the flash memory then? I destroyed the eeprom and need a dumpfile for it first.
Please be patient with me, I never did that.
