CAS3 damaged after stole

Good morning, we have a bmw e90 and someone tried stole and damaged cas, supose is updated to istap

i attached ee and fls from cas. chip its a 0l15y and label say 6943834-01

its possible repair only with flash/ee? i have avdi and vvdi2 but cant found any procedure to do it. i have too clone icom

Your flash file is not damaged. You have a short ISN and 3 remote keys. What exactly is the problem?

You may have 2 working keys, but 3 are defined in the CAS module.
please upload ecu dumps(bench read) and tell me the fault code you have
