Hello Guys, i need your advice about an official (not a clone or copy) delphi diagnose tool. Serial number is NOT 100251 :-)
Too many years ago i have bought an official complete tool (mini PC, VCI, and secure USB key) with my work. But, few years after, the mini computer was too slow and now it's obsolete.
I have bought a new computer, and when i want to install my official licence on it, i can't activate CARS licence. The "LAT.exe" (Licence Activation Tool) purpose only the activation of TRUCKS. Version of Delphi is 2016.
I have contacted the support of Delphi, and these B*llsh*t commercial and technical support said that i need to buy another licence again (over 1000 €).
So, i'm desesperatly looking a solution, i was bought an official tool to grant an easier way to use it and obtain support when needed, but i'm disgusted about the approach of technico-commercial support.
Can you tell me how i can find a solution to continue using my official tool (already paid) on my new computer.
