Hi, is it possible to immo off this ecu?

car came from another shop, they say need new ecu but Isuzu does not sell them anymore

Tanks, but unfortunely not working, check engine light blinking and dont start, maybie ecu is the real problem but i cant find any with same number.

there is no immo light, check engine light blinking is the immo light.
