toyota auris no start

hello I have a toyota auris keyless go vehicle, the vehicle is not currently working.
It recognizes the key, unlocks the steering wheel, the screen appears, it starts but the car does not start.
The car came from the road in the evening and remained like this in the morning
b2799 p1604 there is an error I think p1604 is a fault code because it is not working.
engine ecu 89661- 0zg30 0281 019 177 What should I do to this vehicle? Could it be the ECU?
