The Box PVR twin tuner

Firstly appologies if you have answered this before. My pvr is has e_ver 4.506 15 oct 2007 but is not updating the codes and has lost all it's channels. I did find a list of manual codes which worked when I put them in but I can't for the life of me find them again. Can anyone help please:afraid:

Factory reset it, rescan channels with an automatic scan, go into parental control, then press i then 2007, key emu to on.
Then in the menu turn the key code to on.
Doing this from memory so if it's not right let me know.
