Lost all sports channels

Hi lost all sports done a factory scan time and time again but no joy I'm in the tw devon area don't know how to change frequencies any help please ,:stupid:

Dave, you need to be more specific in order for someone to know what you are asking. What Sports have you lost-What equipment are you using-What satellite are you on etc. Sorry D ave, I saw your post in the latest posts section and didnt know it was also in Starview section until I had replied.
