It is a common problem that I am having lately in all the ESL that I am installing, it does not accept the pin code when I enter it with the new ESL, for this at the time I searched for information and since then I do the following, connect the old ESL, enter In section 25 - immobilizer, in security access you enter the pin code, it should accept it, go to adaptations and select channel 50 or 51 (I don't remember well) the channel to adapt the ESL, once it appears to enter the new pin code, you release the old ESL and connect the new one, enter the pin, press test and save, it should work that way, that's how I do it lately and they all work.
