Delco E92 Cloning question

Hi guys, i have here a Delco E92 from a corvette to clone.
Anyone knows if this is just 1:1 clone or if need to transfer immo data from one read to the other?

If ecu is from scrap, clone will be perfect. Ioterminal, ioprog or ask Matt Ferguson from Australia to help you
