Can anyone help me with a security code for hc05(0D62J) from immo mercedes vito ?

wow.... hc05 family don't have "security code". If sec bit is enabled - eeprom area will be erased while reading. Imho only ETL programmer can read secured HC05 without destroying her content....

Yes,if your MCU is locked, any reading content from some programmers,like serial UPA,... who can not read locked MCU, entire contents will be deleted.My advice is,use ETL HC 705 programmer and sw uniprog.

I've manged to read the mcu with xprog-m but i cannot write it. So i thought i might try with upa. But since i got the content of the eeprom there's no problem if it will be erased. Many thanks m8

Upa will write w/o problems. Reading is problematic on UPA. ;)

no,it is for family hc11,even you try to read it will be deleted on hc05 only hFF content you will have ig security enabled...
