DPF EGR Off Mercedes Sprinter

Hi

I had a map done for my Merc Sprinter and it already had DPF and EGR off but thye seem to be back on as it throws up error codes. Please can someone have a look and remove them again ?

Is this an original file or is it my file with dpf and egr off? I sent my file that haddpf and egr off already done and they were supposed to do a stage 1 on it that they said would be a custom tune if my file and what they sent back appears to be an off the shelf map that has dof and egr on as throws up P codes. I néd the file at the start of this thread sorting so it has dpf and egr off
