Lost channels

I have lost racing uk on star view 4. I pressed (menu 1570)and it put up page saying provider id, next line is key number, followed by key data. What do i do. The caption at the top of the screen says nagravision. Is this the beginning of the end, some advice on what to do would be appreciated. Thanks:afraid:
