friends please i want to confirm if opel astra 1999 does not has obd sucket.the car engine type is Z16XEL delco multec hsfi 2.0.i have serched evey where in the car but cannot see the 16 pins sucket for diagnosis.i need this sucket because i want to program new key to the immoblize because all keys are lost.is there any on desk connection diagram?or diagram of the suket position in the car

Normally it has to be underneath the handbreak, pull it up, remove the plasic cap thats cliced-in and there's a black socket.

as said above, on astras the diag socket is under a piece of trim under the handbrake facing upwards
