virginise key???

please a friend tell me that exist a tool ( eprom eraser or like this) who can virginise keys with ic ( not transponder) like laguna2 card or clio 3,
can someone confirm this if really exist, i search in the net but i dont found anything

Hi i have a couple of keys that i want virginise
Must you buy new chip and replace on key.
The last clio that i had to solve there was only a fault on the key according to clip.Resoldered all joinst on smd's, plugged everything in and started
:bounce::dito:.
