Your file is twice as big as the original.
In the ecu is OKI M951 - is 128 bytes only.
The 93LC56 is in the immobox, but it must disconnect... :)

Not clear, how write bigger file ? :(

have also problem with same Terracan 2.5Tci
car starts and work until diagnostiс device make diagnostic or read parameters
when it stops - engine stops after 2-3 seconds
Fault P0600
If I disconnect immo - also only this one fault left
any immo off solutions not working
tommorow will try make emulator - because untill some signal goes all time by k-line to ECM - car is working
Immo gives only 3 chort impulse and all
Also I have tried neutralize and reset immo - same...
maybe someone have found solution ? Because its often problem with those cars....

I was sure in it, but what problem with your situation ? In my, I think, ECU damaged...
Fault P0600 always, even if I disconnect immo. All wires ok. Signal goes ok I think (from immo). But car not starts. I start it with scanner, it works until I diagnose it, see parameters, for example. But when I turn scanner off - 3-4 seconds and engine stop...

Oki chip need replace by 93C56, then you write the OFF file.

I got this dump after loading the file...
The firmware does not address a larger memory area, only 128 bytes.
