KIA Picanto IMMO OFF ME7.9

Hi

My car has massive power loss, but nobody can find the problem. I checked and changed many parts, but nothing works. It does not seem to be a machanical issue. I now got this used ECU i want to try out and see if that maybe fixes the Problem, but i need help with immo off. Can someone here help me please?

The immo off worked, thank you. Unfortunately it did not fix the problem. I dont know what to do anymore. I am not a professionell mechanic myself, but even they dont know. It is a real mystery. Anyway, i am done with this car.
