Hi can someone tell me the vcds when you do some adaptation eg idle speed modify values into eeprom or into maps?

VCDS can't change idle speed, that would require a remap

Wrong, VCDS can change Idle Speed, but not on all ECUs.
Under Adaptation, you will have a menu named Idle Correction.
