backup image not available to reload DM500s

hi, made a DM500s backup by Dreamup saved it ,when i try to load backup -by clicking Flash ,its not there for selection to chose from the folder where its saved.why?its not saved like Image file..how i can change that saved folder to image file.

when the open file dialog box appears where you cannot see file, type *.* into filename box and click open. this will then show you all files in that location, wether they are .img or not.
