Hello, I've got one also... I'm not sure how to clear this--Would someone help out?

try this file on it

To verify, this is untested?

Latest update: Installed the module with jimthejock's cleared. BUT, I've got two fault codes popping up: 11 and 31.

11: Driver's airbag-open circuit
31: Driver's pretensioner-open circuit

Told the customer to check those out. Again.

My question is: Could it be the module is stuck with these codes?

I tried clearing code memory via MES using my homemade button box, but to no avail. So, used it to retrieve the two aforementioned codes.

So, no one knows whether this due to crash data or not offhand?

Otherwise, I have to do customer's work to find out. I can go and test with a couple 3ohm resisters, but seems I was just supposed to clear the module--not test out his SRS system.... Also, I've never bypassed the steering wheel airbag, seems like it might be a bit of work.

So, I jumped the belt tensioner with a 3ohm and was able to reset that code.

Leads me to believe (and I told the customer) that he needs to replace clock spring and/or the airbag....

Any input from you experienced guys would be helpful.

if you jumped the belt tensioner, and the code cleared then tensioner is bad(sure you know). you can do the same test on airbag, and also you can test clockspring with dvom, Hope this helps.
