TOYOTA HILUX 2020 FLASH READ; FIND ORIGINAL CHILOMETERS ?

i readed toyota hilux 2020 denso gen3 ecu with pcmflash.
it's only full read, not internal or external flash
i attach it, is possible to find original chilometers (around 140000) and change it ?

simple googlin' tells me it is required to open tacho and read C66 (8 leged) chip to adjust mileage.. its perhaps also in ecu but I'm not expert for toyota hilux
