i found somewhere on this forum helpful tips,
and in my file speed limiter value is stored in at addresses
EA0, EC0, EE0,
i changed values from 30000 to 11000(2A F8)
then i changed following values "80 DB" to "80 23" as in files with limiter(i don't know what it does),
last step to avoid crc error i took value FFD6 and subtracted from it every byte in line
so FFD6-2A-F8-80-23=FE11
so lines starting at EA0, EC0, EE0, looks like this: 2A F8 80 23 FE 11
Limiter works, there is dtc present 'speed limiter wrong value' but without check engine light, it does not bother me
