2018 nissan qashqai nec018-655 immo off

Hello would like to know if anyone has solution for 2018 Nissan Qashqai / rouge sport.
original is water damage no comm with chip have used one just need immo off or virginize.
file of used ECU is attached if any ideas let me know, Thanks.
