audi tt cluster work(help)

hey everyone,
i need a big hand with this i have a digimaster 2 and i did some work on the cluster and everything seems to be perfect so when i put it back, it doesn't work at all, not eve the rpm, so i call some friends and they told me that i have to reprogram the cluster or the ecu... so any help will be appreciate...

ok so you guy know, i did the work but i've try several times, everytime y try i hear a bep coming from the cluster, and i did it againg and it didnt bep any more... its an audi tt 00, i use the icp conector and the number in the digi that i used to work it 8N1919860C... can you let me know what other number do i need please?
