Peugeot 206 (2004) odometer problem

Hello ,

I have a problem with a Paugeot 206 Mux (2004) odometer.
Based on the customer information, they changed the ECU of the car.
After that, the odometer changed on the Dashboard, and the remote contoller of the key was not working.
I made a diagnostic on the car, and found the VIN number in the BSI is not the same as the original VIN number of the car.
Based on that, I think, they reseted the BSI and teached to the new ECU. Is it possible?


If yes, could you give me any advice, how can I modify the odometer of the car and change the VIN number of the BSI?
