toyota immo 4 keys lost

hi guys i have a toyota Quantum van with lost keys got the bin file attached.any 1 with info on how i can adapt another key to start vehicle or viginise dump?17091.new at eeprom stuff so help will be greatly appreciated...

There is a 4D plug that you can get from china. Its simply and easy to use abd it works.

sorry dude.got both 4d plugs.these do not work on type 4 systems
