Fiat Sedici 1.9 MULTIJET 2006 EDC16C39 cold start fix

Can anybody help me with cold start fix in this car. Most component was checked/replaced but still won't start easily. When I disconnect temp sensor motor starting OK. It looks like I need to change memory area of cold start.
