2013 Mazda Atenza dash to english

Hi everyone, I have a 2013 mazda atenza diesel that is an import, the language on the cluster is in japanese, I have found several places on google that offer to change the language to english, however I can not find any info on how to do this myself, i figure it requires a custom flash to the mcu or eeprom, hoping some one here has accomplished it and can point me in the right direction.

There are a couple of different models of Atenza cluster. Can you please post a pic of the cluster.
