I bought the Skoda Columbus Radio from junkyard, and got scammed. I was promised a code and nothing happened.

May I ask for your help please :

I have read many times about some dump, but I am unable to find a tutorial how to create the dump. I do have a VAG cable and VAG software 18.9-EN+DE available.
Am I able to find it out with this tooling ?
