THE TOOLS I HAVE IS...
VVDI PROG (NO FILES FOR IT)
KD MAX (SAYS IT DOES IT AND DONT WORK)
XHORSE KEY TOOL MAX (DONT SHOW THAT KEY)

IS THERE A TOOL IM MISSING

Yes its work but no reason to buy it just for one key that you can buy aftermarket under 10$

just had a look on there site and looking at the PDF of the key it does its coming up its for 315mhz mine is a 434mhz will it still work, as I am base in the UK

No, if it is marked as 315MHz then the firmware might be for the Japan market so it won't work with your key.

Please confirm is it the 2013-2020 PSA key with FSK freqency you are talking about for 208, 2008, 308 II and 508 models ?

There is a file under number 1008 that is the Citroen V1 file that might work with 433MHz. Check your modulation first.

yes thats the key pcf7941 434mhz 5FA010 they also use the same bored for the Peugeot just different key case. I could buy the barracuda but will it work? be handy if someone on here has already renewed them keys with the barracuda, on kd max says it does them keys but it dont work.

Check the modulation of your key first. I don't have an OEM key with markings 5FA010 on stock to check.

If your key has remote with amplitude keying then the firmware might fit. If ti is with freqency keying then the offered firmware 1008 isn't compatible I believe.

I don't have Barracuda so I can't confirm from my personal experience but Barracuda and MK3 are higher tier devices as far as key unlocking is concerned, and when compared to cheap chinese programers like KD so the advertised functions are far more likely to work.

You can always contact Scorpio LK and ask them directly. They will probably reply regarding an inquiry about the device functions.

both make of keys has the same PCB bored just different key cases.
I think I will be buying the BARRACUDA or MK3 but want to try to find out if anyone on here as unlocked this type of key with them devices.

I could contact mk3 and scorpio asking if it will do that key, they will probably just say yes it will, its so hard when you buy devices out of the uk there is not much after sells help.
