I am thinking of getting the 6800 HD, but i have read that a lot of people have motorised dishes, i have a standard fixed sly one. will i have a very limited channel list like this? only i would like to get the most out it, without replacing the dish, so as much HD content as can be.
cheers

ah really, so is it even worth getting a HD box, prehaps just an SD one would be enough, does TM do a SD box with PVR?

*what is the difference between the 5400 and the 5200, 5300? they all seem to have USB capabilities*

5200=0 card slots, 5300=1 card slot, 5400=2 card slots and 1 cam slot.

ah, thanks for that breakdown. would i be able to take advantage of the additional slots considering i only have a standard sly dish, that was installed before my arrival at the house, so not sure of its orientation. sorry if the question seems trivial, just trying to get an idea of what i will be recieving.
Thanks
