Hi peeps
I have a Tomtom 0ne (Well actually theres 2 in the family a v1 and v2 device.
Now both are running v6.75 maps so i thought it was time for a update.
Now i have searched around and got the v8.10 ukroi maps with all the proggies needed nudge nudge ....But the version 8 maps require the v8 software so i aquired that as well.
Now the v8 software gives instructions just to copy and paste to sd card which i have done...then the obvious tinkering with the map file and ttsystem file...but when i load the card to the device ...it boots up to the tomtom one screen then to the new tomtom one interface screen but then just switches it's self off???
Any of you peeps got any idiot proof instructions i could follow???...as the ones i have although good are a little vague in certain areas??
