Hi. i have 2021 Mercedes Benz Truck Sprinter 2500 Passenger (907.743) L4-2.0L Turbo benzin Without engine start stop option .

Hi. it has smart key with push bottom without start stop option . I relapsed ECU and steel the same problem . i was hopping maybe someone can connect true the Xentry and update Ignition lock and authorisation ? Thanks

Aahh... OK. Now I understand.
I think that your problem maybe is your key or your ezs.
Your ezs tels you that the signal isn't valid...
There is nothing to do with ecu.
You must check first if your key is in good working condition.
Maybe if you have a locksmith near you to check it for you!

Hello . Under the car to the left of the entrance there is a module _ voltage drop relay -Strombegrenzer - - this could be defective.
Bridge the rear thick cables and try to start.
If that is the case, the module itself is defective.

I think that you must try to engage starter manualy to see if the car starts. if it will start then you will know that the only problem is the actuation of starter!...

From what we see in data stream and from what we discuss. It looks like all work OK...
Maybe Sam unit has broblem? Do you retrieve dtcs from Sam?

Hello sorry delay, when trying to start with + on starter or with gear engage in some cases is necessary key in starter ( 50 ) position to ecu assume and engine start.
In this cases (engine start ) maybe starter relay or wire problem .
