problem with das and multiplexer

Hi guys I installed a new hard drive on ibm, das xentry 03/2010, But no communication with the multiplexer ... if I insert old hard drive with the old das, multiplexer function properly
is there any procedure that does not know?

What error you have when you are trying to connect ?

the software can not find multiplexer.

Have you did a Caesar test ?
When DAS is not able to find the mux it will show you an error with a number on top left of the screen...that's what I'm asking for to be able to help you.
Or go to C:/PROGRAMME/DAS/BIN...look for cal.ini file...open it with notepad...copy the content and post it here

ERROR 9901 FIX...
Go to cal.ini file which I told you before....open it with notepad...look for the line...PLATFORM = PART_D
If it is not PART_D change that...usually u will find W or T.

Hi, new sw recognize your cloned interface. Is better that you use this fix n attachment for bypass problem, otherwise you will cannot work on it. Bye !!!

I finally got my com port issue resolved, and can now run CEASER without any errors. When I attempt to connect to car, I get error:

(1.1)-1.501.9320 or (1.1)-1.501.9550

So it looks like I am good to the Multiplexer, but not good to car. I searched the errors, however very little info. My Platform is set to _CLONED MULTIPLEXER per Weryo, I might try back at _PART D. I feel like I am closer, but not quite there yet.

Do yu have controlled your license about DAS into Star utilities ? Maybe you've a license that not work fine and for that you cannot work on interface...Pls. check your LAN_ID and if you've problem i'll sent you anactivation....

I met the same problem with DAS: when trying to connect to Smart, it test car's modules and then gives answer as "no licence for..." - something like that.
How do you guys solve it?

Dear Forumers,
Who is working on Smart diagnostics with DAS from you?

Interesting error: when you select "program control module" of MEG ECU, at first it "thinks" for a while, then it gives error named "could not read "STEERING" or something. But then it displays all the rest data of ECU normally, after you press OK.

If you try updating the ECU with newer version, the DAS deletes original file and writing STOPS :D
Fortunately, the problem is easily solved with writing an original file with ECU flashing tool.

Any ideas what is the problem with that STEERING? Maybe the steering wheel angle sensor faulty? If yes, I didn't find how to recalibrate it..

I use also an another interface, from my friend and it works withoud problems on every kind of vehicles. I checked speed of serial port ( COM 2),and the speed is 9600 bits per seconds.
