Bmw X2 6 837 007 cluster swap

Hello guys,
I am having problems with the cluster from my Bmw X2 (the car was flooded, there was a mess inside the cluster, cleaned as best as i could and they seem to be working), when the car was locked the cluster was making noises and the needles were moving every now and then.
I bought a used cluster, mine is EU cluster and the used one is an UK one.
I tried the new one on the car, it did turn on but had a lot of errors that had no meaning for my car.
I removed the eeeprom(ST 35128WT) from my original cluster and soldered it to the new one, tried it on the car but the cluster it did not power on any more.
After this i put back the original eeprom to the original cluster but now this one is dead to.
Can someone please help me.

1. probably smd eep get hot and brick , for check need try read in programmer .
2. this cluster have ID in eeprom also flash ,........... so just copy / paste not work , just resolder from other not work .

Good job can do only person , who know what is mean other cluster with increment 35128 !
For other people this unknown world and all try the end situation like your's , that it !
