Citroen C4 Picasso EDC17C60 AdBlue delete

Hi, this is a 2016 model with comms issues with de NOx system, Is it possible to delete the adblue on this ECU without affecting the FAP/DPF?
If so can it be done via OBD or need on bench?

Most genuine tools can do OBD no problem, cracked tools only boot/bench
