Just wondering, my system has an intel cpu (core 2 duo E6850), and a geforce 8800Gts graphics card, and an msi motherboard.

I have just installed an msi utility called "dual core centre", it tells you temps etc.

I select the motherboard option and it says temps are 39c, and i select the vga option and temp says 58c, thats with nothing running accept internet explorer and msn messenger.

Are those temps normal or what, ive not got a clue, but iam just wondering, thats all ???

Thats perfectly normal.

I normally get worried if my CPU temps hit about 60C but it should run fine up to about 75C. Graphics cards seem to run hotter than processors so that temp is perfectly normal too.

it looks normal but if you change thermal compound with mx-5 will be better
