BMW edc16 ews off immo off - cranks but no injection

Hello to everyone,
got this suzuki with bmw engine 2.0 150hp and flooded ecu.

Bought new ecu, same number. Made ews and immo off, car cranks, rail pressure is ok but it doesn't start. Seems injection control is deactivated.

ECU is EDC16C1

Attached bench read and ews-immo off in mpc.
Hope someone will be able to let me know what happens here...

What works in BMW won't work in Suzuki
Data can be recovered from flooded ECU for cloning purposes
There is no need to remove immo

Honestly that old ecu was submerged and bdm doesn't work on that. And thanks for letting me know I've got a partial solution.
