Hi for all need your help
I have here in my garage an Opel insignia with a high fuel pressure problem !
P0088 - Fuel pressure high on fuel pipe
Desired pressure : 300 bar
Actual pressure : 1600 bar
Injector leak testes good , new pump and new pressure sensor and not solve .
Anyone ever had a problem like this ?

hi, if you disconnect the pressure sensor electrical plug what it is the actual pressure show? I ask you this becouse the ECU is not reading a correct value

With plug disconnected show 1800 bar . Connected show 0 bar on actual pressure.

really I donīt know who is working your car fuel system, but normaly on any fuel system there are a fuel pressure transducer and a fuel regulator valve (that valve some times is fitted on the fuel pump or fuel rail).
One thing you could do it is to check the voltage on the fuel pressure transducer (normaly there are three wires, one with 5 volts of the ECU, second is ground and the third it is the voltage used by the ECU for calculate the pressure)
