Fiat ducato airbag

Fiat ducato airbag module part number 01388160080 has fault b0100-49 (ecu has internal fault) believe this ecu has 95640 eeprom but can't find it on the board. Only eeproms I can see is this and a tssop8 eeprom as I have a replacement airbag module and can swap just not sure if it is a hardware error or software error and I can't identify this chip pictured. Thanks in advance

Clear file attached. You will need to also repair fault on board or fault will reoccur.
