Problem Reading MSA15 EPROM 27C010?

Hi All,

I have removed the chips from the ECU - PN 074906021S which translate to 2 x 27C010 according to the cross ref spreadsheet.

I am using the willem GQ 4X4 programmer with PLCC32 adapter.

When I select device 27C010 in the programmer and read the HHH chip I get a file filled with C3 until row 00008000 then there is hex fill.
I get the same result with both HHH and LLL chip reads and I have tried reading as a few different varaints but always the C3 issue.

Any ideas please - is this correct - it doesnt look like it is.
