citroen xsara cluster does not vork

i have citroen xsara y 2001, the problem is that milage cluster does not count milage and does not show speed, diagnostic shows weichle speed sensor, i have replaced the senzor vith new one and nothing better, vhen i look in diagnostic for milage vhen driving also zerro, vhen i put the senzor on electric drill also does not show speed. the cluster and bsi vere not tuched, the milage is originall 58000 km.
does anybody know any solution
