7 day EPG on Nabilo

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction,

I have loaded nabilo blackhole V12 and want to know how to setup 7 day epg, or a least rapid epg.

When I switch the DM800 on, it takes ages for the EPG to show on all channels.

Is there a plugin for this?

failing that i believe epg plugins are available from nabilo addons
