I really don't want to take the courage, but I think this solution in will not work in this case.
Today I tested on a 2008 model, but the solution from 2005 unfortunately didn't work.

Anyway we will see soon...

i don`t understand what file is this 574kb.it can`t be eeprom dump!i think you are wrong mate!if it was flash file,then it should have 512kb or 1024kb or 2048kb
another issue:no matter how you read an eeprom if you read it correctly,the size of readed file must be the same,but no way an eeprom 95640 have 1kb or 574kb,it must have 8kb at full reading!so... if you want help someone,do it but stop posting for make experiments
pls correct me if i`m wrong and hope that someone will give me a tested solution

For 2000-20006, write file to ecu and disconnect immo box. Tested and working.
