I don't know how it is in Kt200 but in Foxflash when you read ecu you can choose what you want to read, eeprom or flash.

Ok let me explain original bsi was dead i open ecu dcm 6.2 a to extract pincode
I could not see external eeprom maybe internal eeprom on mcu
I get new bsi and ecu with key then car start but elv was locked i remove it and put emulator
By the way file blinda make to change vin is not gold because vin are encrypted with immo
I put virgin file and i take pincode with obd star same wont accept the working key
