SRS Honda 77960-TMO-K410 M3

Hi guys! I need help with the Honda City SRS module 77960-TMO-K410-M3.
I can't read the microcircuit. I tried VVDI Prog and it didn't work. Can anyone help me read it?
I also have a UPA S.
It's a single-connector module.

Hello to all. MCU is MPC5604. If you use UPA-S you will need external power supply to mcu, UPA will not provide enough power ( mA ) to target, tested with this mcu.
